Welcome to the 2024 Spring Event at Skyline Eventing Park! If you’re a returning competitor, welcome back for another incredible fall event! If this is your first time, we’re thrilled to have you, and hope you’ll make yourselves at home and let us know if there’s anything you need.

We know that you have sacrificed so much to be here: money, fuel, hours of preparation with a goal in mind. If there is anything we can be doing to facilitate a better bang for your buck now or in the future, PLEASE don’t hesitate to share your thoughts with any of our committee members.

The Eventing community is more than just a sport — it’s a family. We’re honored to be part of yours, and we hope this spring reunion is one for the books.

Important Update: Changes to the 2024 Spring Event at Skyline

Dear Skyline Event Community,

We hope this message finds you well and excited for The Spring Event at Skyline. We have an important update regarding the event schedule. After careful consideration and review of the current entries, we have made the decision to transition this year’s event from a three-day format to a two-day format. The event will now take place on May 3rd and 4th, with Dressage scheduled for Friday and Show Jumping and Cross Country taking place on Saturday.

This change is necessary due to lower than expected entries, and our commitment to maintaining the high quality experience that participants have come to expect from our events at Skyline. We understand the significance of this change and assure you that our priority remains delivering an exceptional event for all involved. By condensing the schedule, we believe we can uphold the standard of excellence while accommodating the needs of our participants.

We know changes like this are difficult to stomach, especially when so much time and money is spent preparing for and traveling to events. In light of this, we will be offering a free cross country schooling day on Sunday for all event participants.  We will leave the course dressed with flowers and flags until around noon on Sunday for people to go out and get another opportunity to get out on course with a competition feel. We will work out specifics as we get closer to the show, but we want you to know that we appreciate the effort that you all put into coming to our event and we want you to know that we value your time and energy.

Thank you for your understanding and continued support. We look forward to welcoming you to The Spring Event at Skyline, where we are dedicated to celebrating the spirit of equestrian sport.
